Wave 23

Meeting new friends is one of the best thing in life.
No matter from what walk of life they came from, people who comes my way and touches my life in a good way are people that I would cherish so long as I live.

I came across a lot of people in my 23 years of existence and I shall be forever grateful that somehow they were able to come across my path and contribute something in my growth as a person. Some of them I haven't seen for a long time but there are those that I get to see "once-in-a-great-while" over coffee or dinner. It's a way of bridging the gap and catching up on each others lives after all those graduations and migrations. It's like getting together like we never left or went on our own ways to build a career as we find our place in different fields and industry.

I met a new set of people in my new job. Although we came from different walks of life, somehow, we clicked! We don't share the same interests (yet!) and are from different regions of the island but spending time with them for one week in training made me feel like we have known each other for ages. We vary in age, from different cultures and was raised somehow differently but we get along well. I'm excited to know them more and hoping that they would be one of those I would cherish for the rest of my amazing life...
